Patriotic Holiday Yogurt Pie – Good Healthy Frozen Calorie Weight Loss July 4th Food


1 prepared Graham Cracker Crust or Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter

Yogurt Pie Filling

  • 2 cups strawberries, quartered + (Optional: 1/4 cup sugar or stevia)
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt, Strawberry or Vanilla (I used Vanilla 100 Calorie Greek Yogurt)
  • 3 cups whipped cream


  • 4-5 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Optional: Whipped cream, Chocolate, Caramel or Nutella sauce.
