  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup flour for dusting the loaves
  • Cornmeal for the pans
  • 2 small cookie sheets or a large (at least 11Γ—17-inch) jelly roll pan

Roasted Cheesy Vegetable

  • Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese
  • 12 white mushrooms
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small patty pan squash
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste
