Valentine Teddy Bear Cookies – Easy Snack Food To Work & Best Cheap Party Treat


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, coconut oil and molasses until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk until well combined.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to the molasses mixture and blend on low speed until well blended.
  3. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on working surface. Roll dough out to approximately 1/4″ of thickness. Use additional sprinkles of flour to keep the dough from sticking to the rolling pin.
  4. Use the teddy bear cutter to cut bear shapes into the dough. Place bears on parchment lined cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, or until cookies are slightly browned. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  6. Add one dot of icing over each bear’s heart. Place heart-shaped candies on top of icing. Allow icing to dry. Store in an air-tight container.
